Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 states in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping rates may vary based on the recipient's location, and you can conveniently view the calculated shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

What is the cost for shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated based on final destination.
All orders $75 & above ship for free within the USA.
How long does shipping take?
Custom embroidery orders ship within 2-4 weeks from purchase date. An additional 3-5 business days may be required for orders that includes digital setup.
All ready made and print orders ship within 10 business days of purchase date.
How do I track my order?
You will receive the tracking number once your order is fulfilled and shipped.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
No. Please note that all sales are considered final. However, if you believe that there is an issue with the order, kindly contact us at customercare@immanuelapparel.store. We will review the issue. If approved, we will provide you a return mailing label to ship back the item. All return items must be sent made in the original package. Once received, we will then issue you a return.
Please note that colors may appear slightly different online that in person.
Can I exchange for a different item?
No. We do not accept any exchanges. Kindly double check your cart before finalizing your order.

What is the care instruction?
Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F); Do not bleach;
Tumble dry: low heat; Iron, steam or dry: low heat;
Do not dry clean.
Iron inside out.
